The Zephyr® G3 NGS Workstation is designed for creating NGS libraries. It is a platform that is able to create 48 - 96 libraries in a single working day. Simplified user interface and integrated hardware maximize lab productivity while reducing variability resulting from manual pipetting.
The instrument is capable of performing more than 40 fully automated methods, including, for example:
- Post-PCR SPRI purification
- qPCR setup (96-well or 384-well plates)
- preparation of NGS libraries
- normalization of sample volume and concentration
- pooling of NGS libraries and others
