DYNEX provides warranty and post-warranty service for all of its delivered devices and pipettes. The warranty service covers all repairs of the equipment in the warranty period without paying for the works or spare parts by the user. This free warranty service does not include defects caused by unauthorized operator intervention.

To ensure the shortest (guaranteed) time for service, please respect following steps:

Accredited by ČIA according to ČSN EN ISO/ IEC 17025

Testing of laminar boxes of all classes according to:

  •   ČSN EN 12469
  •   ČSN EN 1822-1
  •   ČSN EN ISO 14644-1
  •   ČSN 12 4010

We perform accredited tests of all types of laminar boxes.
We will do the test after prior agreement within the deadline as requested by the customer.
For newly purchased boxes, the test can be performed during installation.

The test is done according to the box type for:

  •   Determination of medium velocity and uniformity of flow
              -  grabbing with manipulation holes
              -  downward flow in the workspace
              -  horizontal flowing
  •   Measuring the number of aerosol particles in the air and gases
              -  determining the class of cleanness of the environment
  •   Defektoscopy of installed filters

Accredited by ČIA according to ČSN EN ISO/ IEC 17025 for measuring 1µl - 220ml.
Calibration of piston pipettes and other piston volumetric instruments according to ČSN-EN-ISO 8655

We perform calibration of all types of single channel and multichannel pipettes, steppers, dilators and burettes.
Gauges are calibrated by default within 3 business days. For larger orders, an individual work schedule can also be agreed.

 In the order form, please dial the required services:

   •   Simple calibration with calibration sheet
   •   Adjustment calibration
   •   Repair of damaged pipettes - repairs are carried out by DYNEX TECHNOLOGIES, spol. s r.o.
   •   Pickup after calibration

 ACTION: When purchasing a new Finnpipette pipette, we offer you a 50% discount on calibration.

Send the decontaminated pipettes for calibration - decontamination must be confirmed on the order. In the case of a custom order form, fill in the pipette decontamination protocol. Without this confirmation, the pipettes will be decontaminated on behalf of the customer.

Intercalibration pipettes control

A shortened calibration pipette measurement to check the accuracy of the dosing. The resulting values are listed in the protocol that is exposed to each pipette. The protocol also includes a pipette rating according to EN ISO 8655-2
