New portfolio after the end of cooperation with QIAGEN

Dear customers,

We have been bringing you QIAGEN brand products to you since June 2013, and now, after almost 7 years, we must inform you about the termination of cooperation between DYNEX and QIAGEN. Authorized distribution and support will end in May. Although we removed QIAGEN products from our e-shop, this does not change their availability through DYNEX. Please just send us your orders by e-mail to objednavky@dynex.cz. We also want to assure you that DYNEX will continue to provide the promised warranty on the delivered devices, kits, and software. Also, contractual relationships involving the supply of QIAGEN products will be maintained for the duration of the contracts. Our priority now is your satisfaction and maintaining good relations with you in the future.

The main goal of DYNEX has always been to provide you a comprehensive portfolio of quality products, among which QIAGEN products undoubtedly belonged. Thanks to the cooperation with QIAGEN, the DYNEX team has a lot of experience and knowledge of the molecular biology market, competitors, and suppliers. DYNEX will undoubtedly continue to be one of the main domestic suppliers in the field of molecular biology! Our new portfolio will offer an interesting combination of traditional products in molecular biology and new technologies. We'll uncover it to you soon.
