• Jumpcode Genomics CRISPRclean® Plus Stranded Total RNA Prep with rRNA Depletion (Human, Mouse, Rat, Pan Bacteria) is a kit optimized for directed RNA library preparation using CRISPR depletion, which increases sensitivity for the detection of less expressed and biologically relevant transcripts from complex samples. The optimized workflow, with a total time of 9 hours (the manual part of the procedure takes 3.5 hours), consists of 7 simple steps with a few safe points where work can be interrupted.
