Instrument description

  • DYNABLOT Heat is a small, compact and self-operating device for automated stripping hybridization testing. The device offers precise temperature control in the 35-65 ° C range with respect to accuracy, stability and homogeneity.
  • Up to 30 strips per run can be processed. The device is equipped with three separate heated blocks for disposable 10-well tubs. This makes it possible to economically handle fewer samples.
  • Reagents are filled into tubs using a 6-channel (or 8-channel) dosing arm using peristaltic pumps. The channels are equipped with sensors to check for any fluid shortage in the tubing during filling.
  • Reagent bottles are easily accessible due to their location on the pull-out area at the front of the device.
  • 2 holders designed to heat reagent bottles, the contents of which can be mixed with a magnetic stirrer. Holders are equipped with special attachments for different types of reagent bottles.
  • Reagent mixing during the incubation is ensured by swinging the heated blocks tray.
  • You can adjust the swath speed and angle within the essay parameter settings. Reagent filling and rocking function are combined to allow for the procedure defined in the kit manual to maintain the same incubation time for each strip irrespective of the number of processed samples.

  • Blot Editor Universal PC software allows creating essays and storing in 50-slot memory. The USB cable is used to connect the device, the editor is easy to use and can be used to create different types of essay with or without heated steps.
  • This is an open platform. Users can program any method and use kits from different manufacturers.
