we invite you to the webinar organized by our esteemed partner Revvity: "High Throughput DNA Extraction for Large-scale Population Cohort Studies with the chemagic Prime: Feedback from the CEPH-Biobank”

In this webinar, Hélène Blanché, head of the CEPH-Biobank, will share her experience with the chemagic Prime instrument in implementing an automated DNA extraction method from over 60 000 saliva samples collected in Oragene tubes (DNA-Genotek) from three population studies - POPGEN, MyPeBS and E3N-Generations. Despite varying duration and conditions of sample storage, high quality data for genome wide association studies (GWAS) and whole genome sequencing (WGS) could be obtained with high success rates. She will also share some results on buffy-coat DNA extraction on the chemagic Prime.
