Virotype ASFV

• RT-PCR kit for the determination of African swine fever with internal control
• Kit includes POS, NEG control
• p72 specific gene detection (FAM)
• INTERNAL control included (housekeeping gene beta-actin) HEX

• Extraction from serum, blood, tissues and swabs with pooling (up to 20 samples) option thanks to the high sensitivity
• Dead animals (wild boars) are tested individually
• Extraction by recommended kits and automation possible
