Test to determine the level of specific IgE antibodies
Liquid allergens - simple handling, seamless incubation and washing, easy evaluation
Capture ELISA -high specificity of the test. Incubation wells contain human anti-IgE antibodies, which directly bind specific IgE antibodies from patient serum in the first step. In the second step, the biotinylated allergens bind to the thus-bound specific antibodies. Unlike other tests that directly bind patient-specific IgE antibodies to the relevant allergen, there is no non-specific binding between the allergen and the patient's other classes of antibodies
